From NextGov.com: A recent Adobe commissioned survey revealed that many citizens would rather have a root canal or sit in bumper-to-bumper traffic than wait for service from a federal agency. The survey also suggests that over the years, online interaction with government agencies have increased. This increase is in an attempt to receive information while minimizing time-related frustrations.

But in order for government sites to deliver online experiences to citizens that are engaging, intuitive, and streamlined, they need to undertake six digital transformational strategies.
