Our presenter, Ms. Natalie Johnson, will discuss practical nutrition strategies to improve performance through sports nutrition and energy management. She will cover topics such as how much and how often to eat, how to maximize fat as your primary fuel source, strategic snacking, nutrition for exercise and the importance of “breaking the fast” (Breakfast). You will understand how you can include all the foods you love and still have optimal performance. This will be an interactive presentation with opportunities to ask questions and in on weigh in on your preferences and/or struggles with nutrition.
