As a Senior Analyst for the Scottsdale Police Department, Cassie Johnson leads many high profile projects with an expertise in the areas of performance measures, strategic planning, process improvement, workload analysis, and open data.
She holds a Bachelors in Psychology as well as a Masters in Public Administration and is a Certified Law Enforcement Planner through the International Association of Law Enforcement Planners (IALEP) and a Certified Process Mapping and Process Improvement Analyst. In addition to her role with the Scottsdale Police Department, she is also a Faculty Associate with the School of Public Affairs at Arizona State University.
She is the recipient of the 2016 IALEP Arthur J. Barnett Planner of the Year and serves of the current President of IALEP – Southwest Chapter. She was a recipient of the Scottsdale Police Department’s Awards of Excellence as Civilian Employee of the Year in 2016 and serves the as the Vice President of the Arizona Police Accreditation Coalition.
