Dr. Rich Martin is a retired police supervisor turned college professor. During his police career he worked in both small rural and larger urban agencies in various roles including crime scene technician, accident reconstruction, undercover narcotics officer, fire investigator, field training officer, police trainer, and police SCUBA diver. He retired in 2011 to take over as program director for the accelerated criminal justice programs at Keuka College in Central New York State. He has been published in several journals and presented at regional, national, and international conferences on a variety of police and leadership issues. Additionally, Rich is part of the John Maxwell Team which is an international team that teaches, trains, and coaches on various leadership and organizational performance topics to organizations around the world. He holds a Master degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.
