Thoughts on Leadership

Dan Linskey, Superintendent-in-Chief of the Boston Police Department during the Boston Marathon bombing, shared his wisdom and ideas during his discussion about Leadership. Here’s just one of his insights.

“It’s easy to get upset when someone questions your plan or your authority… that’s human. But we’re not asking you to be human. We’re asking you to be a leader. Swallow your pride and listen.”
