Lead Well - A Leadership Primer is a fast-paced, experiential webinar series that equips Justice Professionals with key concepts and habits to lead well.
Join us as we hear powerful stories of courageous leadership during crisis - like Superintendent-in-Chief Dan Linskey’s (ret.) response as Incident Commander during the Boston Marathon Bombing.
We’ll talk through practical applications as we relate the experience of instructors and students alike. Courage, emotional intelligence, feedback, growth mindset, and resilience are just a few of our topics.
This series consists of two 90-minute webinars a week apart. Invite your colleagues to join, as this will be a dynamic, highly interactive series! (You will able to simply observe and learn OR you can actively join the discussions with instructors and other students. The choice is yours!) Allow us to be your guides as you continue your leader journey.
For many students, this will be a crucial stepping stone in their growth and development as leaders.
